Regular Classes

Our regular classes cover asana practices along with basic pranayama and meditation practices.

We impart personalized training although the practitioner may be practicing in a group. We follow a systematic approach after assessing the student’s age, body condition, prior experience in Yoga, health conditions, and medical history, if any. In accordance with our system, we do not encourage more than 16 participants per teacher in a class. This is to ensure we provide individual attention on a one-to-one basis as per our tradition.

Our focus is on the subtle aspects to help the practitioner achieve the maximum benefits of Yoga. We emphasize incorporating the five essential elements while practicing asanas.

Five Essentials of Yoga Asana Practice

This approach significantly aids in establishing a strong physical and mental base for the practitioner to progress further.
