We offer practice classes for all our courses throughout our operating hours.

Based on the course you opt, be it regular basic / intermediate / advance classes or YTT practice sessions or health management/therapy classes, we are available for you all throughout our operating hours.

We do not restrict or allocate specific schedule to each course.

The training is imparted under a very traditional one to one approach and therefore we do not conduct group classes.
